Did you know that we only use 10% of our mind power? It’s pretty amazing to think about � what could we accomplish if we could somehow tap into the 90% of our minds which usually go unused? Certainly, there is a lot of unexplored potential right there in our own minds.

Visualization:- Visualization is something which is very effective in increasing your mindpower. You need to focus your mind, eyes closed and see the things which you want to happen in your mind. When you keep focusing on the image of what you want, your mindpower will be built up and you’ll eventually be able to make it a reality through your efforts.

You can use visualization to help you develop some of the psychic abilities which are naturally present in every human being. You can visualize yourself predicting the future or communicating via telepathy. If you keep practicing, visualization can bring these latent abilities to the surface and increase your mindpower even further.

Using hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another way you can communicate with your subconscious and therefore develop your mind power. Affirmations And Mindpower

Some experts believe that we actually only use about 10% of our total mind power capacity. Imagine what would happen if you could actually access the dormant and remaining 90%. We could see literally incredible results.

Scientists have long thought, in fact, that those who have so-called ‘psychic’ or extrasensory powers have them because in fact they can access parts of their minds other people cannot. They have perhaps been born with this ‘extra’ mindpower or they’ve been able to develop this power of the mind in their lives.

The process behind increased mind power is not completely understood, but quantum physics’ latest advances have indeed begun to shed some light on the connection between what we experience in life and what we think.

Scientific studies are in fact beginning to provide some substance to what religions have been saying for literally thousands of years. That is, reality is a product of your mind, so that if you change how you think, you can change your reality. The power of your mind is, in fact, the only reality you have.

Recent and popular films like ‘The Secret’ explain the theory behind the Law of Attraction. That is, people are beginning to see that if they change how they see things and they used their mind’s power, they can attract anything they want into their lives, including abundance of every kind.

If you haven’t heard of it before, the Law of Attraction has at its core the assertion that there is a cause-and-effect relationship for everything that happens to us and for everything we do. In other words, what you think about is what you’ll get. By communicating with your subconscious and telling it what you want, you can change what you experience. If you don’t, your subconscious will assume that you want everything to stay ‘as is.’ That is, it stays in a state of homeostasis.

What this means is that your subconscious mind is responsible for so-called ‘psychic powers’ and other special powers like precognition, remote viewing, and telepathy. However, it’s also responsible for what you desire because it reacts directly with the ‘universe’ or what some may call the ‘universal consciousness,’ to manifest what you attract to you.

The key to developing your own mind power is to communicate directly with your subconscious mind and make sure it’s ‘in sync’ with what you want. How do you do this, though? There are several ways you can do this.

Affirmations:- Most people know about the simple process of affirmations. By repeating a positive phrase, to yourself several times a day your subconscious mind eventually gets the message!

So if someone needed more self esteem for example, they would keep repeating to themselves at various times throughout the day something like: ‘I am a confident person’ ‘I deserve to be happy’ etc. Or they may wish to change a bad habit which would involve them repeating to themselves: ‘I always eat sensibly’ or ‘I no longer feel the need for a cigarette’.

As long as they’re consistently repeated, affirmations really do work to change your life. By communicating directly with your subconscious mind, you tell it to do something different and it does. It also makes you behave differently, ultimately.

So just take this a stage further and realize that anything you want to change will change; not just your behavioral habits but absolutely everything in your reality. This is mindpower!

Visualization:- Using visualization to develop mindpower involves closing your eyes and imagining what you want to happen. Your subconscious mind reacts strongly to pictures. Visualize yourself being successful. Imagine yourself will everything you have ever dreamed of! Visualize that new house, that new car. You can even make a scrapbook beforehand containing pictures of everything you want to manifest to help you focus. Visualize consistently and it really will appear in your life.

And you can also visualize yourself having psychic powers. Visualize yourself communicating using telepathy. See yourself being able to see into the future, or view remotely. Using mindpower whatever you want to happen will.

Practicing hypnosis:- You can also communicate with your subconscious mind through hypnosis. One way to do this is to visit a hypnotherapist or professional hypnotist. You can also try self-hypnosis, where you listen to a recording of a hypnotherapist performing a hypnosis session. This is advantageous not just because of the cost, but because you can listen to the session again and again.

Brainwave entrainment:- This is a new audio technology which is brainwave synchronization. This changes instantly your brainwaves to a certain frequency. This can result in many things. At a certain frequency you can improve your memory. At another frequency natural endorphins are released into your body which heal and alleviate pain.

You can also use brainwave entrainment to access a meditative state very quickly so that you can communicate with your subconscious mind and therefore develop your mind power and bring it to fruition.

Still other frequencies can be created that will stimulate parts of your body known as the ‘chakra energy centers.’ A chakra in the center of your forehead, for example, is called the ‘third eye chakra.’ This chakra is responsible for psychic powers.

However, don’t think that you need to ‘develop’ these powers. You have them already, inside you. It’s been said that many thousands of years ago, people had this ability, but it has since been minimized and repressed, lacked deep within the human psyche.

Happiness and Law of Attraction in fact have a strong correlation with each other. If you haven’t heard of the Law of Attraction, no problem. It’s very easy to understand, actually. It’s quite similar to positive thinking, and basically embodies the idea that if you want a positive life, your thoughts must be positive, too. In turn, this can attract all things related to happiness and wealth into your life.

The Law of Attraction isn’t new and in fact has been around for a long, long time because it really works. Happy thoughts and the positive effects of the Law of Attraction are interconnected to each other. Think of this for a minute; do you know someone who seems to have everything, is laid back and always happy? These types of people allow things to come into their lives that make them happy and wealthy, and they don’t block possibilities for these things with negative energy or thoughts.

Your thoughts are comprised of energy, which, by the way, is also what you’re made of. Your positive thoughts mean that you, too, are comprised of positive energy. When you are full of positive energy it is easy for abundance to come into your life.

Happy thoughts and law of attraction are what it is all about. The way the whole process can work to your advantage is by reassuring yourself that you are great, wonderful, beautiful, confident, wealthy, etc. Do this all day long, even when you do not feel like it. People often use positive affirmations to help them with life’s everyday issues.

So for example, you might say, ‘I am confident and beautiful,’ ‘I love people and they love me,’ ‘My choices are unlimited, and opportunities abound everywhere,’ and so on. Choose a few affirmations that encapsulate what you want to be, and say them throughout the day, every day.

You should especially use the affirmation and law of attraction tactics when you don’t feel like it. Make it a point to say something positive each and every time you become frustrated, discouraged, angry, and sad. You need to flush out all of your previous negative beliefs and ways of thinking if you want to live a fulfilling life.

In fact, your mind is your only to limitation to having the life you want. Do you think you can’t live a life that’s happy and abundant? Why not? Other people have certainly done it. Dwelling on the negative is only going to get you more negative, so don’t do that.

Learn to ‘go with the flow.’ At any moment, you’ll see that positive energy is always flowing and you are its beneficiary, in one way or another.

Once you begin to see that the Law of Attraction and happiness are interconnected, you’ll see that things will begin to right themselves in your life.

If you’re feeling sad or depressed, that negativity will drive happiness away from you. And, if you dwell on it, you may end up wallowing in it by watching a depressing movie, hanging out with negative friends, and so on. If you stay in this state long enough, you’re going to build your life around negative circumstances without even realizing you’re doing so.

However, it works the other way, too. Your life can become more positive and happy if you use positive affirmations and focus on the Law of Attraction’s positive benefits. Above all, don’t give up. Continue to see yourself as someone who is happy and fulfilled, and you’ll see your life begin to change for the better — in fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if good things suddenly begin to pour in!
