You Can Learn How To Develop Telepathy On Your Own

January 27, 2010

Every person has a little extrasensory skill lurking somewhere inside them. You can learn how to develop telepathy if you allow yourself to recognize the subliminal messages that are being sent from your own thought processes. It’s not as hard as it first sounds.

Many people think telepathy is just like speaking to someone except that it is in their head. The truth is, it is mostly getting an impression of feelings or images transmitted by someone else. If you are sending something telepathically, they can be interpreted by the receiver as just a feeling of mean to call you because they were thinking about you.

The best way to start is to let your mind clear and simply meditate on nothing in particular. This allows impressions to come to you. At first, your own thoughts may over come the gentler psychic impressions but with time, you will be able to recognize them.

You can also work with someone that is open to getting messages. Concentrate on sending them in detail the image forwarded message and see how much they can realize back to you. This allows you to be able to quickly gauge how your ability is developing. Practice sending and receiving since you may have more skill in one of them. If this is the case, work on the weaker of the two more often.

The most important thing is to practice, practice, and practice. This helps develop the skills you need. If you are naturally empathic you may find this exercise easier, but practicing is no less important if you have an inherent ability as without it.

Like any other muscle, your brain will have to be exercised. To develop telepathy you’ll need to practice and pay attention to the images that you receive and learn to tell the difference between your own thoughts and outside ones. The more you do this, the higher your success rate will become.
